Sylven Strategies Consulting has developed a powerful combined methodology to help make your meetings and seminars as productive as possible. The late and brilliant USAF Col John R. Boyd conceived the Observe-Orient-Decide-Act (OODA) framework to help the military make faster, yet more effective decisions to defeat its enemies. The concept was perhaps made most famous during the Gulf War in the early 1990′s when then Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman, Gen. Colin Powell explained that the concept was used to defeat the Iraqi Army in only 100 hours.
