My name is Sylven Brady Reed, a registered corporate coach, a 20-year military officer veteran, an enduring student, and (I try to be) a pretty good dad and husband.  One of my favorite moments was sitting on top of a small mountain in the desert in my Army HUMVEE with a radio in each ear (a third on speaker), a mapboard in my lap, china marker in hand, and directing a medical rescue symphony of armored and wheeled ambulances and MEDEVAC helicopters.  It was thrilling to see my superb soldiers executing with near flawless timing and effectiveness for such a great mission.  It was before and has always been my passion to lead and train organizations that execute like fine Swiss watches.

During my 10 years as a private sector employee working up from Fortune 500 to small business to entrepreneur, I learned that military and corporate staffs have one main thing in common – they are knowledge workers.  They are paid to make sense of the world around them, conceive strategies to achieve goals, and develop plans to execute them. But there is too often a gap between requirements to perform in the increasingly competitive environment and our methods of work. Business must harness the best of leadership, cognitive and behavioral science, and technology to compete and win at their business.

My job is simply to help them do so more efficiently and effectively to achieve better results.  This is accomplished by fusing the best of 3Ts – Thought, Technique, and Technology.
